1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the conditions under which KlikMenu provides its digital menu publishing service to restaurants and makes public menu pages available to guests.

By using the service or providing information for publication, the restaurant acknowledges these Terms.

2. Nature of the service

KlikMenu is a digital menu publishing service. It publishes restaurant menus online so guests can view them after scanning a QR code or opening a menu link.

KlikMenu is not an online ordering platform, payment processor, or marketplace unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. No restaurant accounts

Restaurants do not operate the service through self-service accounts.

All restaurant information, menus and related content are created, updated and managed exclusively by KlikMenu after arrangements with the restaurant.

4. Content creation and updates

Restaurant data is entered manually by KlikMenu based on information provided by the restaurant.

Changes to menus, prices, descriptions, images and other published details are made by KlikMenu upon the restaurant’s request and according to the agreed process and timelines.

5. Public menu pages

Each restaurant receives its own public menu page and/or subdomain for guests to view the published offer.

Public menu pages are intended for display of restaurant information and menu content only, unless additional features are expressly agreed.

6. Accuracy of restaurant information

Restaurant information displayed on the website is based on information provided by the restaurant.

Restaurants are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide to KlikMenu is accurate, complete and up to date.

This includes, without limitation, prices, dish descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, availability, opening-related details and contact information intended for public display.

7. Limitation of responsibility for restaurant content

KlikMenu publishes content based on information supplied by the restaurant and does not independently verify every item against the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KlikMenu is not responsible for incorrect prices, allergens, availability of dishes, or outdated information supplied by the restaurant.

Guests and restaurants should treat published menus as informational. The restaurant remains responsible for the correctness of the offer presented to its guests.

8. Service duration and removal of menu

Publication of a digital menu takes place on the basis of individual arrangements between KlikMenu and the restaurant.

If payment for the service is not made according to the agreed terms, KlikMenu reserves the right to suspend or remove the restaurant’s digital menu together with related materials.

Removal may occur after 60 days from the payment due date, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

After content has been removed, republishing it may require a new arrangement or settlement of outstanding amounts.

9. Materials and rights

The restaurant represents that materials provided to KlikMenu — including menus, logos, photos, descriptions and other content — may be used by KlikMenu solely for the purpose of publishing the digital menu, and that the restaurant holds the rights necessary to make such materials available.

The restaurant is responsible for ensuring that the materials it supplies do not infringe third-party rights, including copyright and related rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

KlikMenu may update these Terms as the service evolves.

The current version will always be available on this page, with the year of the latest update shown above.
